FROM THE TPPSA PRESIDENT 2010 Kia ora koutou katoa; as the new President I welcome all past and new students to what I hope will be a very exciting year for everyone. I look forward to working with the Executive and particularly Josh Neill, past President 2009, who remains on the Executive and has helped to put in place better systems for this Association; his knowledge and ongoing support is not only appreciated but will provide continuity for all of us. While we must work within our tight budgets, my aims for this year are to encourage each campus to be actively involved in our Association and to come up with creative ways we can make this a fun, dynamic year for everyone. Within this booklet, you will read about this Association; it is your Association and we, the Executive along with our Office Manager, are here to give you all the support, help and encouragement we can. We hope to be able to serve your needs and hopefully some of your wishes too, but, you need to be involved to make this a reality so please consider joining with us as a member who makes a difference. If you are a mature, responsible student, then please consider putting yourself forward for the role of Student Representative. This role will allow you to enjoy some food, meet with other Student Reps, share ideas, have some fun and make a difference for your course and your campus.
